LURO Electrical Solutions were appointed by Tanro Construction to carry out the full electrical fit‑out for Aston Villa Football Club’s First Team rehabilitation and accommodation facility, delivered as part of a new‑build development at the club’s Bodymoor Heath training ground.

Positioned directly alongside the first team training pitches, the project was constructed within a live elite sporting environment, where day‑to‑day training operations continued uninterrupted throughout the programme. This required careful planning, close coordination and a disciplined approach to ensure works were delivered safely and efficiently, without impacting the club’s performance schedule.

The building has been designed to provide high‑quality accommodation and recovery facilities for first team players, centred around 40 en‑suite bedrooms and associated support spaces. LURO delivered a fully integrated electrical installation across the entire facility, combining power, lighting, data and control systems to create a comfortable, secure and technologically advanced environment.

Lighting design was carefully considered to balance practicality with comfort, supporting rest, recovery and day‑to‑day usability for elite athletes.

The completed facility provides Aston Villa’s First Team with a modern, purpose‑built space that supports all aspects of player recovery and preparation. Delivered in close collaboration with Tanro Construction, the project demonstrates LURO Electrical Solutions’ capability to execute high‑quality electrical installations within complex, high‑profile and operationally sensitive environments.
