Electrical installation is something to consider on any new build. We are thrilled to have been considered by Strata again.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Strata, we have been working on hundreds of full electrical installations on new build homes. The two and a half year project so far has seen us provide over 6,000 people hours. This includes installing thousands of LED lights and tens of miles of cabling.
We are working on 80 homes on the Wighay Road site in Linby which is just a stone’s throw from our head office. We are also working on homes in Mackworth and Derby. Along with our Eckington site in Chesterfield, that makes up 220 homes. This means overall we will work on more than 800 homes.
The new build homes are benefiting from a full electrical install, including LED lighting. We have also installed intruder alarms to all of the homes on site.
Each development has been completed on time and this was no different. We have worked together with site managers and fellow contractors to deliver as efficient a scheme as possible.
