We completed the design, installation and commissioning of four new base-build commercial warehouses at Leicester Distribution Park.
Working alongside Winvic Construction, we delivered a full electrical package including LV distribution, lighting and emergency lighting, small power, high-level busbars, fire alarm systems, disabled assistance systems, external lighting including site-wide communal lighting, and EV charging points for each unit.
The units range from 27,000 to 142,000 sq. ft., comprising both office and warehousing space.
All projects were successfully handed over to Winvic Construction in April 2022.
