Our work carrying out electrical installations for developers across the UK is growing exponentially, with another six sites secured.
These new contracts will see us working on another 275 properties, delivering electrical works for both luxury and affordable housing.
The contracts include the executive, high specification developer, Brampton Valley Homes, as well as major national developer, Countryside, delivering electrical works on 130 affordable homes.
We will be working on both these sites for around 18 months, delivering a range of electrical works to provide luxury living, as well as quality installations to ensure affordable housing programmes can be delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Electrical installations in housing and, specifically new build, currently contributes to 25% of our business, and is an ever burgeoning sector for growth at Luro.
